Return and refund policy
In principle, returns are excluded, unless the goods are defective, in which case you will obtain a full refund or exchange for an equivalent product. Defective products have to be notified within 7 calendar days. Returns and refunds can be granted in exceptional circumstances; please do get in touch at haingotiana.pianomusic@gmail.com. No refund is granted on digital (downloadable) products.
